In the PRIORITIES section, I amended and funded H.R. 3069 — Rep. Pramila Jayapal’s Medicare For All Act currently in the House. (It’s Bernie’s Bill in the Senate). I funded it primarily by levying 3-10% taxes on the most profitable companies in America and lowered the amount everyone else pays. The program is in the black in the third year with much better health outcomes in the first. You can read the changes I made to the bill and how I propose to fund it HERE. Pay close attention to the funding Sections: 702-708 and Sections: 804-810 where I created a National Wellness Program. This will show you how my mind works.
