15 Common-sense Reforms That Would Transform America
These are the 15 top things I would focus on as President:
Medicare for All
We are the only country in the world that does not have a universal healthcare system ~ because we are the only country in the world that is foolish enough to allow a group of common criminals to steal hundreds of billions from our citizens each year when it comes to health care. That needs to stop, and it will under my Presidency.
Representative Pramila Jayapal, of Washington state, currently has a bill in the House of Representatives known as HR 3069 ~ The Medicare for All Act. Under section 701 of that bill, they have left it open to be funded. I have taken the bill and amended it in ways I know would strengthen it, and I funded it, the way I would want to do it as President. It lowers the cost to citizens tremendously from what they’re paying now and increases the amounts significantly on the most profitable and largest corporations in America by levying a 3% to 10% tax on earnings above $500 million to fund the health care system, while it delivers much better care, which is how it should be. All their profits come from the citizens of the United States purchasing their goods and/or services. They would not make that money if it wasn’t for their customers, most of whom are citizens of the United States?
I additionally have added a Wellness Section that will run a National Print and Media Ad campaign that will spend $15 billion on the campaign a year and a total of $45 billion with things like contests and bonuses for doctors who improve their patients’ health. The ad campaign will encourage people to eat whole, healthy foods, and to cut back on sugar consumption.
The nation will hold contests nationally and whoever comes up with the best ideas to get people up and out of their homes and out into the parks and taking walks with their neighbors and working out and eating better will win cash prizes of as much as $1,000,000, so we’ll have the whole society thinking about ways to make our society and lives better and healthier. You can read the bill and how I funded it under Section 702 and the other amendments I’ve made HERE.
I would never allow this group of thieves to continue to operate in an extraction economy the way they are now. One made for the benefit of multi-billionaire oligarchs that are sucking the life out of everyone else.
Immigration Policy
I want the most secure borders we can possibly have. I do not want anyone coming to this country illegally. No one who has not been thoroughly vetted should be allowed to sneak in.
At the same time, I also want to be the most welcoming country in the world. Welcoming to those who want to come here for a better life and want to do so legally.
As to the people who already live here and are undocumented, they need to be given a clear and simple path to legal residency and citizenship.
The manner in which we have dealt with them historically is mean and inhumane and it has been done on purpose since the founding of our country. It has been left unchanged to frighten such people, so they keep their heads down to avoid deportation. They are then used as a form of slave labor, that is paid much less than anyone else. It is complete and total BS. As President I would change it immediately and permanently.
Anyone who has lived here for two years or more, who has not been engaged in any type of serious criminal behavior, other than something like a minor traffic violation, will be given a clear and simple path to permanent residency and citizenship. They are contributing valuable members of our community and should be treated as such.
Additionally, anyone who tries to enter the country illegally or who attempts to stay by perhaps overstaying their visa or sneaking in, will spend something along the lines of: No less than six months in jail, and be immediately deported thereafter and not be allowed to reapply for citizenship for a minimum of ten years, to dissuade people from trying such things in the future.
And everything the US government does under my presidency would be 100% transparent.
Tax Policy
No one has ever gotten rich by himself or herself. They have gotten rich by selling goods and/or services to the other members of our society and by using the infrastructure that our tax dollars have collectively built.
What we call an “exceptional banker” nowadays is just someone who has figured out 1000 different ways to steal more money from you. 30% interest on credit cards. Fees of all shapes and sizes, and a new one every month. When I was a kid, they would have been in jail for breaking out USURY laws, which are now non-existent. A slow normalization of theft. Everything has become a monthly subscription, with yearly increases.
A small group of mega billionaires now own and operate almost everything. Our housing, including the student housing at our universities, our food, our commercial real estate, and the small and large businesses operating on that real estate, our hospitals, and health insurance companies. They have bought up everything and then rent or sell it to back us at the highest price possible. If they could figure out a way to rent our clothing to us, they would do that too. We live in an extraction economy. Our government has become a government of LITERAL THIEVES.
Our business leaders all operate as MONOPOLIES. They are not geniuses. And it’s not that many of them aren’t very bright, inventive people, but in most cases the only thing they have invented are better ways to conceal and hide how they steal money from their neighbors. They have become collectively the modern day KING AND HIS COURT, which is what this Country fought the Revolutionary War to separate from.
I would create an aggressive tax code that would require the people who make the most (both individuals and Corporations) to pay the largest percentage of their income in taxes. I would do away with the loopholes ~ and even more importantly I would prudently spend taxpayers’ dollars far more wisely than is being done now.
Affordable Higher Education
As a country, we need to establish a national system of community colleges funded by taxes, costing no more than $300 to $500 per term to educate our children and give them the experience of studying together with other students that only such colleges and universities can provide. We also need to ban corporate ownership of student housing. Education is an investment in our collective future, not a profit center. I have written a Bill that could do that. You can read it HERE
THE SOLUTION TO PLASTIC POLLUTION
Every man reading this has micro-plastics in his testicles and brain. Every woman reading this has micro-plastics in her brain and if she were pregnant would most likely have micro-plastics in her placenta and breast milk which would be transferred to her newborn child.
EVERYONE HAS MICRO-PLASTICS IN THEIR BODIES.
Why? We all know why. Because Coke, Pepsi, and Nestle have polluted every major river and all of our oceans with micro-plastics for decades. These three companies have topped the global Break Free From Plastic brand audit as the world’s worst plastic polluters for decades.
They are not bystanders to the crisis. They are the fucking crisis. What they have been doing for decades is A CRIME AGAINST ALL OF HUMANITY
AND THE PEOPLE DOING IT ARE CRIMINALS!
WE NEED TO TREAT THE POLLUTION FOR WHAT IT IS
AND THE PEOPLE CAUSING IT FOR WHAT THEY ARE?
THE SOLUTION!
The C-suites and Boards of Directors of Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Nestlé, and every other company of similar scale packaging food and beverages in single-use plastic need to be given a choice:
COME UP WITH A PLAN TO STOP USING SINGLE-USE, SINGLE-SERVING PLASTIC WITHIN 12 MONTHS, WHETHER IT’S GLASS, ALUMINUM CANS, REFILLING TECHNOLOGY OR A COMBINATION OF SUCH THINGS, AND BEGIN IMPLEMENTING IT WITH A FULL CONVERSION AND PHASING OUT OF SINGLE- USE PLASTIC WITHIN 18 MONTHS — OR SPEND THE NEXT 25 YEARS OF THEIR LIVES IN A FEDERAL PRISON.
That is the solution and it always has been. It’s time to do it!

For every pound of plastic produced, 3 pounds of CO2 are created and sent into the atmosphere to warm the planet even more. Our bodies and our children’s bodies are filled with microplastics
In peer-reviewed research to date, microplastics have been found in every single human testicle tested. Every one.
In 2024, a study at the University of New Mexico, led by Dr. Xiaozhong “John” Yu and published in Toxicological Sciences, tested twenty-three human testes obtained at autopsy. Every sample was positive. A 2023 study out of China, using different methodology, found the same thing in six of six samples examined. The concentration in human tissue averaged three times higher than in dogs — the “sentinel animal” researchers used for comparison.
They are in placentas. They are in human blood. They have been detected in roughly three-quarters of breast milk samples in the published studies. They are in human brains — which, according to the most recent research, carry the highest concentration of plastic particles of any organ in the body.
Sperm counts in the Western world have been falling for half a century. Some researchers project they will hit zero around 2045.
The 2024 study published in Toxicological Sciences detected polyethylene and PVC — the exact plastics used to make single-use bottles and bags — inside the reproductive tissue of men ranging from sixteen to eighty-eight years old.
Who Put it There?
The Break Free From Plastic coalition conducts an annual global brand audit. Volunteers in dozens of countries collect plastic waste from beaches, rivers, and communities, then count the branded pieces. The same three names top the list every single year.
The World’s Worst Branded Plastic Polluters
- Coca-Cola
- PepsiCo
- Nestlé
Coca-Cola alone has been the single largest branded plastic polluter on earth every year since the audit began. The company produces roughly three million metric tons of plastic packaging annually. That is the weight of about fifteen million male African elephants, in single-use bottles, thrown away every year, forever.
These are not small companies being hassled by activists. These are three of the most valuable consumer-goods corporations in human history. They know exactly what their packaging does. They have been told. Their own internal research has told them. They have signed pledges.
They have missed every target!
They have funded front groups to lobby against bottle deposit laws and extended producer responsibility statutes in every state that has considered them. They have spent decades telling the public that the solution is recycling — knowing full well that less than nine percent of plastic has ever been recycled, that the recycling symbol on their bottles is a marketing device, not a reality, and that the real fate of the bottle is the ocean, the roadside, the landfill, or the microplastic in your bloodstream.
This is not a failure. It is a fucking strategy!
When Trump was first elected President, James Quincey, the CEO of Coke showed up to Mar-a-Lago with a specially made bottle of Diet Coke for the President to commemorate his inauguration. Would anyone like to guess what else they talked about in that meeting?
THE LARGEST PLASTIC POLLUTER IN THE WORLD KNOWS
EXACTLY WHAT IT IS DOING!
They have been doing it for decades. They know they have filled the world’s rivers and oceans with plastic garbage along with our bodies and brains and the bodies and brains of our children.
Americans are plagued with chronic diseases. Microplastics are believed to cause chronic inflammation in many parts of the body. They contain known carcinogens, including BPA, phthalates, vinyl chloride and styrene. They cannot be broken down by the human body and are believed to be associated with everything from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) to an increased risk of heart attacks, dementia and Alzheimer’s.
Think about it. Gobs of microplastics are hanging out in our bodies in our tissues, and some of the smaller ones known as nano-plastics are actually entering our cells. The human body cannot break them down, so they are seen as FOREIGN INVADERS by our immune systems, which cause inflammation that never goes away as the body tries to get rid of them. The inflammation becomes chronic because the body can’t get rid of what it sees as a foreign invader so the inflammation is never turned off.
The leaders of Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, and Nestlé know that plastic pollution is killing everything in our rivers and oceans and that it has entered our bodies, polluting every one of us, yet still they DO NOTHING TO STOP IT. THEY ARE CHOOSING TO CONTINUE TO POLLUTE OUR ENVIRONMENT AND BODIES! It is a conscious decision.
What kind of people do this? Evil, arrogant, short-sighted, uncaring ones is the only answer any thinking person could arrive at. They do not care at all about you or your children. The math works for them as long as the external cost — the ocean, the groundwater, the testicles of the next generation — is paid by someone else. So, the external cost to them has to come home.
One Year
— or —
Twenty-Five
These are the types of things I would do if you would give me the power to do them. If you would support me and I were to be elected President, I would get on TV and explain to the Nation what they are doing and have been doing for years. I would instruct Congress to pass a bill giving the CEOs and Boards of Directors of Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Nestlé, and every other corporation selling more than a hundred million units of single-serve plastic food or beverage packaging per year in the United States a One-Year Window.
Within that window, they must present and begin executing a credible phase-out plan — glass, aluminum, refill infrastructure, bulk dispensing, compostable materials, any combination that works. If they do not, the officers and directors who signed off on continued production would face criminal and personal liability. Non-dischargeable. Prison exposure measured in decades.
This is not radical. It is already the law.
It is a direct application of the Responsible Corporate Officer doctrine, which American courts have used since United States v. Park in 1975 to hold executives personally criminally liable for their companies’ violations of public welfare statutes — the Clean Water Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
Executives already go to prison for willfully contaminating a single river. There is no principled reason the CEOs and the Boards of the three largest plastic polluters on the planet should not face the same exposure for willfully contaminating Every River.
The reason they continue to do it is because our political leaders do nothing to stop them. Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, and Nestlé spend generational fortunes on political donations, lobbying, and philanthropy-washing designed to ensure no meaningful statute ever reaches a floor vote. Both parties take their money. Both parties protect them. Meaning YOUR ELECTED LEADERS IN CONGRESS ALLOW THEM TO CONTINUE TO POISON YOU AND YOUR CHILDREN.
MAKE ME PRESIDENT AND I WILL BRING A STOP TO IT
GETTING MONEY OUT OF POLITICS
Citizens United has absolutely decimated politics in America since the Supreme Court, led by Justice Roberts, ruled that corporations are people. They most certainly are NOT people and only a court filled with men and women who have been bribed and who are not faithful to their oath of office to protect and preserve the Constitution would ever rule that corporations were people. The decision has led to an almost complete takeover of our politics by a group of Uber-wealthy oligarchs doing everything they can to overthrow the government of the United States and destroy the democratic principles this country was founded upon. At least two of those Justices should be and I believe will be impeached for tax evasion and sent to jail for the rest of their lives where they should be for their treasonous behavior.
As a country, we have worried since the ruling in 2010, that it would take an almost complete overhaul of the Supreme Court to reverse it, but the state of Hawaii has found a way to rectify the problem and reverse the atrocious decision at a state level. All they did was pass a statute that says: “No Hawaiian corporation or any foreign corporation doing business within Hawaii may contribute to political campaigns.” It was that simple. Now we simply have to get enough other states to do the same thing and the nightmare will be over.
